I rolled back all the changes we did when trying to fix the issue with Building, we are back to the original error but instead of hoping for it to do a clear diagnostic work.

Decoupling Build Completion from Process Exit: Refactor the build utility to use a callback-based approach and avoid process.exit() until after the packager has truly finished.
