The Regam of Rode, a test game for the RogueDev engine, has reached Walk on the Map stage.
It took a long time, but it was because solid bases had to be built and hard decitions had to be made.
Now the field is open for the implementation of interesting things, as the UI has reached an almost stable phase and the concepts have been half proven.
I must say, however, that there are still holes to test, including multiple Beings interacting between themselves, the AI modules and rudimentary magic; these will appear as I code additional Actions for the test game, these will be: Open, Close, Shoot, Attack, Chat (as in Adom), Cast Spell, Learn Spell, Quaff, Read Book, Read Spell.
Now I will get working on it!
