The remining assets to integrate were the cursors of which we have four for now: standard, walk to location, draggable card and dragging card; they are in now.

I also took some time to complete the Steamworks setup – using the old steamworks gui from 2018 – pretty straightforward once the permissions were in place.

I leaned a lot on gemini to implement pathfinding in the exploration mode, to be able to go across different nodes instead of having to navigate one by one.

Since we are about to go live with the demo, we need some basic quality of life stuff gamers expect, like a Settings menu with options to change audio volume, as well as an option to exit to the title screen. Also added an option to actually close the game from the main menu.

Also invested some time in getting 16:10 aspect ratio responsiveness to work fine, noticed as I worked in my macbook.

  • Integrate new art for hud (with requested tweaks)
