Today I improved the “Start Game” flow, since the tests showed people were often lost after they had picked their options; the Start Game button was just too hidden so we moved it to a more prominent place.

Continuing with the addition of the Mentor, he now appears in the Rome map meaning I had to move some stuff around. His only goal for now is to let you know what is the color for the next debate.
Awa has also been working on improving the Rome map with small details such as fountains and fields, so I included that new version of the map, and also configured the paths between the locations so that they are not straight; that took quite a bit of boilerplate work and then all map panning wasn’t working so that was some additional work to get it back to work (thanks heavens for git and the ability to easily check back and see previous setups)

I talked with awa and the idea is to continue bringing life to Rome with some location population living their life; he’s already made some dogs and horses… but before I put any of that in, I need to finish some critical stuff:
- Fix the progression so it actually takes 10 victories to reach consul (using all the senators we designed)
- Allow Saving Games (!)
- Preview card effects on hover
