Alcaraz has been working on the new animations for Miku as well as in improving the environment; apparently, the spot I had picked initially in lake Hamana is pretty boring on the backstage, so we are moving a bit further down the road to a iconic parking look closer to the Tori gate

Today I improved on the camera experience with a shutter sound effect alongside animations for printing and revealing the photo; this has the side effect of blocking photos until it finishes printing so players will have to time their pics better; additionally I added a delay (about 500ms) for the pic to actually be taken from the moment the player clicks (more fun gameplay since they’ll now have to anticipate the moments)

I also tightened the photo gameplay around the music a bit more, you can only take pics if the music is playing, and I’m transitioning automatically into the scrapbook mode once the song ends.
