Advanced on the JQuery Tooltip transition, buy items form is working nicely now (Including Safari and Chrome), waiting for feedback on 2 issues which I was unable to reproduce

- 0000862: [Request for Enhancement] Change pixal tired message - closed.
- 0000861: [Request for Enhancement] Change colors for bleeding and normal damage, make it different for each fighter - closed.
- 0000860: [Request for Enhancement] Magic shield is not clear yet - closed.
